By subscribing to Here, you acknowledge that we, via our third-party providers, will gather and hold your details, including your credit card details, for the purposes of managing your subscription. In the case of a print subscription, this will involve passing your details to our fulfilment partner for the dispatch of your magazine. SFG Media Limited bears no responsibility for any breaches of privacy or data.
Print subscriptions are determined by our publishing schedule and start with the next available issue after the date of subscription. Please allow six to nine weeks for your first magazine to arrive.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term (one year for annual subscriptions and two months for bi-monthly subscriptions), excluding gift subscriptions. By proceeding, you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it ahead of the renewal date, and you authorise us to charge your credit or debit card with the current price of the subscription at the time of renewal. We will email you one week before your renewal with a reminder. We are unable to refund a renewal if you do not cancel it in time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time (in the My Account section), and you will receive the balance of the issues remaining on the subscription. We are unable to refund outstanding issues partway through the term of the subscription.
You can also change to a different subscription on the Subscriptions page at any time. Any change will take effect from the next renewal date.
Please be careful to enter your correct address as we will not replace magazines that go missing due to incorrect address details or insecure mailboxes. Missing magazines can be replaced or redirected but only at the subscriber's cost and by discretion of the Here subscriptions team.
